By accessing or using the services provided by All Season Community Care Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service Description
All Season Community Care Services provides community-based support including food assistance, elder care companionship, and snow removal for eligible residents in Brampton and the surrounding Peel Region.
User Conduct
Users of our services and volunteers are expected to treat one another with dignity, respect, and honesty. Any form of harassment or misuse of services will result in immediate termination of support or volunteer status.
Eligibility
Specific services, particularly snow removal and elder care, have eligibility requirements based on age, physical ability, and location. All Season Community Care Services reserves the right to determine eligibility for all programs.
Limitation of Liability
All Season Community Care Services and its volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
